There?s nothing Stacie Storrie can do to bring back her brother.

But Storrie is on a crusade to make certain no one else's brother dies
like hers did, drowning in a tank accident that she believes never
should have happened.

Now, she's confident she has key information from an uncensored version
of a survey done for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - a report she
believes confirms her suspicions that much of the Grafenwöhr Training
Area is geologically unstable.
