Washington D.C. Workshop May 21, 2004

The National Council for Public Private Partnerships, Business
Executives for National Security, and the International City/County

Washington, D.C. on May 21, 2004 at the Wyndham Washington Hotel.

Background:

The President Management Agenda calls for more effective utilization of a
broadening range of tools for real estate management. And the improved

covered in this meeting. Experienced professionals from both the public and
private sectors will explain "how it is done".

Federal Installation Management Program:

A series of expert panels discuss the available but underutilized programs,
examining the positive and negatives of each. A major focus of the discussion
will be on how these can impact local communities and how to make
public-private partnerships an important component for success.

* Relationship of Federal Capital Assets & the Local Community
