Welcome to the Department of Defense Environmental Restoration Electronic
Bulletin Board, officially activated on the World Wide Web on 17 April 1995.

The purpose of the bulletin board is to provide contract information
quickly and easily to small business entrepreneurs through the Internet. The
increasing participation of small business in the DoD's environmental
restoration program at some 1,771 military installations nationwide is an
on-going goal of the Department of Defense.

The bulletin board consolidates in one location information about many
environmental restoration opportunities from the military Services;
environmental and small business publications; upcoming environmental
conferences; point of contact information for small business offices; and
other Internet sites that feature information related to the DoD restoration
effort.
