When Lockheed is the defendant something appears to be wrong with the courts.

The same thing happened with the Lockheed / Redlands case.

Lockheed Martin contamination lawsuit dismissed

By Todd McHale

Burlington County Times (NJ)

A federal judge has dismissed an environmental lawsuit filed against Lockheed Martin by neighboring property owners.

Chief Judge Jerome B. Simandle, of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, ruled that contamination levels on the neighbors’ properties did not pose a risk to their health or the environment.

"Plaintiffs have failed to carry their burden on the ‘imminent and substantial endangerment' element," Simandle stated in his opinion, handed down last week.

Residents of the Wexford housing development, Michael and Ashley Leese and Jay and Raquel Winkler, filed the lawsuit in federal court in Camden in 2011, alleging that hazardous chemicals released on Lockheed Martin's site on Borton Landing Road had migrated and contaminated adjacent residential properties.
