Four warehouses to rise on former Hercules Inc. site By LAURI SHEIBLEY Burlington County Times (PA) December 27, 2007 BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP - Four large warehouses will be built on 130 acres on Neck Road, the site of the former Hercules Inc. chemical plant. Viridian Partners LLC, based in Colorado, has spent the past two years cleaning up the property and removing contaminated soil. Matthew Stanton, spokesman for Viridian Partners, said the company hopes to begin construction in June. The four buildings will total 1.6 million square feet of warehouse space and 85,000 square feet of office space, according to plans filed at the municipal building. ...
