While this report highlights an important problem, it seems to imply 
exposures and health risks where they have not been documented. I 
believe it's important to strike a balance between demonstrating the 
need for more cleanup and site management, on the one hand, and 
needlessly frightening parents, schoolchildren, and school staff.
