State lends $400,000 toward Dracut brownfield reclamation

The owners of a brownfields site in Dracut this week received a $400,000 
loan from MassDevelopment to redevelop a former wool mill complex into a 
mixed-use development called Beaver Brook Village.

The mill complex consists of several buildings, the larger of which will 
be converted into 47 rental housing units with the remaining 100,000 
square feet of space renovated for commercial use.
