[CPEO-BIF] California's Vapor Intrusion Guidance

California's Interim Final GUIDANCE FOR THE EVALUATION AND MITIGATION
OF SUBSURFACE VAPOR INTRUSION TO INDOOR AIR, which has been circulating
informally for the past few weeks, is now available on the Web at
http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/ScienceTechnology/HERD_POL_Eval_Subsurface_Vapor_Intrusion_interim_final.pdf.

The California document contains a number of innovative provisions,
including discussion of the role of vapor intrusion in planning for
future use scenarios. I expect to review it within the next week.
