John Posey -

Why not contact Mike Greenberg or myself at the Center for Neighborhood
and Brownfields Redevelopment here at the Bloustein School at Rutgers. We
recently completed a study for the Office of State Planning, and presented
our findings to the State Brownfields Taskforce, with regard to the
estimated construction jobs, permanent jobs, residential units, and local
tax ratables that would be generated by the redevelopment of brownfields in
12 NJ cities, and extrapolated those results to the state as a whole. It
sounds like exactly what you are trying to find in terms of quantifying the
redevelopment potential of these idle or abandoned sites.

Mike is Director of the Center and can be reached at 932-4101 ext 673 or
mrg@rci.rutgers.edu

I am Executive Director and can be reached at ext 653 or
hmayer@rci.rutgers.edu

Henry Mayer, Ph.D.
