Dear Dr. Stolz and Joshua,

So very grateful for your tenacity and dedication regarding this serious health/environmental concern.  I know that our dear Dr. Julie Rice and DOE's Dave Sill if they were still with us, would express the same to you.   I will also pass this along to some deeply caring former US EPA R & D scientists, who early on in 2003 had warned me about the erroneous usage of the EPA Finished Drinking Water 900 Methods, - saying that it was never meant for raw untreated water found at our landfills.   They said that they had all tried several years to get US EPA's rad division called NAREL/ John Griggs to stop using it, and actually had been led to believe that NAREL had stopped by the year 2000.  Unfortunately, they were wrong.  .

We know far too well that radiation testing failing to adhere to what is known to be best available science can have dire consequences.  Thank you.

Always,

Chris for CCLT/Uniontown IEL Superfund Site, OH

This topic will definitely be our drilling and fracking legacy in Pennsylvania, our 'gift' to future generations. Learn more from Professor John Stolz and the Public Herald Team led by Josh Pribanic:

Radioactivity Leaching Out of Pennsylvania Landfills

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s report on radium in landfill leachate has faced criticism for flawed methodologies and questionable conclusions.
