Oh yes, Lenny, the good ol' put it down the storm drains...Like Adrienne Anderson, of Denver Colorado, had tracked me down here in Ohio, some 20 years ago now, and had warned me about her Plutonium at her Lowry Landfill in Denver, which Adrienne maintained had come from Rocky Flats. Adrienne said that it then got sent via storm sewers to Denver's waste water treatment plant ...She reached out to me, saying it appeared this is what also took place here in Ohio, at Uniontown IEL Superfund Site...!! using loopholes...

Note...Lenny, we just recently retrieved that info., if anyone cares to have this.

Unfortunately, we fear this likewsie has been the case to get rid of massive amounts of radioactive "fracking wastes',. Hey, no need to cite Japan, guys, when it seems to be the tried and true formula here in good ol' USA!

When we attempted to call out the Ohio AG's office on this issue back in 2012, we got our noses rubbed in it real good... about how if solidification of said wastes took place "offsite"..well, so very sorry people...That liquid/then "solidified" waste could be sent to Ohio landfills, where rainfall could create "leachate" ...and , yes, wait for it....it then could get pumped up, sent to, you guessed it Lenny, municipal waste water treatment plants - Just like Adrienne Anderson in Colorado uncovered.....

Anyone interested in Adrienne Anderson's story in Denver, google, Eileen Welsome's story, "Buried Secrets"... Leroy Moore , called the "Godfather of Rocky Flats" Adrienne told me, upon her death from brain cancer, had reportedly called Adrienne..."the best environmental investigator west of the Mississippi."at her funeral. ..

Yes. She told me she won a whistleblower lawsuit for a half a million dollars ( until she said the Bush/Cheney admin. had this overturned)...but was all about storm sewer discharges, radiation...nasties.. ....Maybe send this to these reporters, so they might learn about Adrienne's amazing saga preceding...

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan — The Air Force plans to discharge treated water containing reduced levels of PFAS — a contaminant found in firefighting foam — into storm drains near its airlift hub in western Tokyo, Japanese officials said.

The plan was announced Thursday in a news release from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, citing information from Japan’s Ministry of Defense.

In August, a short burst of heavy rain caused approximately 12,640 gallons of water to overflow from a fire training area at Yokota and onto an asphalt surface and eventually into stormwater drains. The water likely contained residual amounts of aqueous film forming foam, base officials said.

The firefighting foam contained PFAS, a class of chemicals with suspected toxic properties. U.S. Forces Japan announced in November that the U.S. military had destroyed its last supplies of toxic firefighting foam at installations in the country.
