Watervliet Arsenal partnership gets to stay until June By Larry Rulison Albany Times-Union (NY) November 30, 2017 Watervliet - The Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership, a nonprofit economic development group at Watervliet Arsenal that had been asked by the U.S. Army to leave, is now being told it can stay - at least until June. On Nov. 14, the Army told the partnership's president, Peter Gannon, that the Army was not interested in renewing a longstanding real estate management agreement it had with the organization. Gannon was told he and his five employees had to vacate the arsenal by Dec. 19.
