Warwick homeowners caught in limbo as military investigates contamination By Kyle Bagenstose Intelligencer (PA) November 26, 2017 Homeowners with contaminated water wells have waited more than a year to be connected to the public system. But the military now says it might not be its fault. ... Hecht, 55, is one of the more than 200 homeowners straddling the Bucks-Montgomery county line who have received bad news about their private water wells in recent years.
