PORTSMOUTH — The city’s Community Advisory Board will hold its second meeting on Thursday morning.

Julie Nassif from the state Department of Health and Human Services laboratory will make a presentation to the board at its Thursday meeting, according to Rich DiPentima, chairman of the board focused on the contaminated well water issue at Pease International Tradeport.

In addition, Sarah Pillsbury from the state Department of Environmental Services is also scheduled to appear at the meeting, according to DiPentima.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday in Conference Room A in City Hall and is open to the public.

Officials closed the city-owned Haven Well at the Pease International Tradeport in May 2014 after testing found a “contaminant of emerging concern” at levels 10 times higher than the Environmental Protection Agency’s Provisional Health Advisory.
