By Amy Vitrano KTBS TV-3 News )LA) January 9, 2015SHREVEPORT, La. - More than 15 million pounds of explosives sit at Camp Minden. In less than two weeks, the state and EPA will decide which company is responsible for the disposal of them.?
The EPA wants it to be done in an open tray burn, but nearby residents are worried about the by-products that could be released into the air and how it will affect their health.
