Lenny:
As you know I am a technical advisor to several communities in CA and we both work occasionally in NY. As a TA, I review selected technical documents, attend meetings and write reports. At one site, due to the sequester, the National Remedy Review Board met by tele-conference. It's been about 4 months and they haven't issued a decision, which is important to the community because we have taken on the issue of a TI Waiver. Two TA grant extensions were also held up due to the sequester.

I have a scheduled conference call with EPA and the regulators next week, but if there is no resolution to the budget this will be cancelled. The same goes for a meeting scheduled next week with the community and regulators at LLNL. The Navy and NASA seem to have also reduced the volume of reports.

As such, from my perspective, I too am almost furloughed. I would like to hear from others whose incomes have been drastically reduced due to the lack activity.
