Progress slow moving at contaminated Luckey site Residents want answers, tired of waiting Jennifer Steck FOX-10 TV News (Toledo, OH) June 23, 2011VILLAGE OF LUCKEY, Ohio (WUPW) - An old World War II era plant and the 40 acres of land it sits on in the Wood County village of Luckey has been contaminated for years and residents there want answers on when it's going to get cleaned up.
