Ramsey County's stadium study Minnesotans like the Vikes. But should taxpayers pitch in for a new palace? Pioneer Press (MN) February 12, 2011The Ramsey County Board will consider jumping into the Minnesota Vikings' stadium hunt this week. A resolution on Tuesday will seek authority to negotiate with the team to build a new stadium on abandoned federal land in Arden Hills.
