Many ifs involved in latest report on air base Opinion by Lou Sessinger The Intelligencer (PA) March 4, 2008 Now what? The study on the fate of the Willow Grove Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Horsham has been completed, and it recommends that virtually all of the military installation become a national, interagency security hub managed by Pennsylvania when the Navy pulls out in 2011.
