Subject: [CPEO-MEF] Wyle Labs contamination

I would like to know how many times a state or federal agency actually
follows through with a cluster study when it appears obvious that there has
been much ground contamination over an extended period of time...and, I
would like to know if studies as such have been hampered a lot after this
administration came into office or if it is about the same as the 80's
administration. It seems that the more I read about this administration,
they want to give way to anyone who has money to continue to sidestep basic
environmental laws. I am wondering now if the lack of care that goes into
follow-up concerns about contamination has been an ongoing problem...it
seems to me it has. Shouldn't Wyle Labs be responsible financially for
studies of the area impacted along with responsible governing agencies
before they are allowed to relocate and dump more pollution into the
ground...or is it by relocating to a former military base, they figure the
land is already contaminated so what can a little more do. Too, I am
wondering if whenever there is a cluster study, such as the one in Fallon,
NV, that politics play into the outcome and lies are produced instead of
fact. I am so sick of the irresponsibility of rich corporations and the
government. Jana
