[CPEO-MEF] Cal space authority legislative opposition & VAFB air show needed

I desperately need some help with the California Space
Legislation issue listed on url above. So, naturally,
this cry is for the Western organizations.  

What is needed:
1) Organizations recommendation on all CSA's items.
Notice that where CSA recommends support,
organizations would recommend 'oppose'.
2)An awareness campaign for the West in commercial
corporate space's role in militarization of Earth and
Outer Space. Go to www.californiaspaceauthority.org
for a peak.
3)A tie in with environmental justice issues. The
carve out amendment to the Native American Sacred
Sites bill should be shouted out to the world! To say
that NA right 'encroach' upon military readiness and
ability to 'fight the war on terrorism' is an outrage.
Also, note their concern about Ward Valley not
accepting radioactive waste
4) Help with the Nov 2,3 VAFB air show
