In the decision-making process, that is, to 1) pump and treat, or 2) to excavate or 3) sentinal wells, or 4) combinations of 1, 2, 3 or other, what are the governing factors? Is there a body of knowledge available to others facing the same problems as Camp Edwards? Are the discussions and documents available to other BCTs and RABs?
