[POSTED BY Marsden Chen(doobage@localnet.com)] It would be interesting to know whether the Army is doing the test burns under the RCRA regs and the applicable off-gas, solid and water borne products and allowed concentrations will be tested/monitored. Stack tests should be mandatory under the test burn, and under that requirement, who's the regulating agency - State or EPA? | |
