       APGSCC and their technical advisors, Dr. Cal Baier-Anderson 
       and Dr. Katherine S. Squibb, University of Maryland, Baltimore,
Program 
       in Toxicology have written one of the best and most inclusive
responses to 
       UXO and chemical contaminated bases thus far.  They have
addressed the 
       serious issues head on.  I would hope these responses would be a
part of 
       DoD's criteria in regards to cleanup/transfer of those bases that
have such 
       contamination issues.



Congratulations APGSCC for addressing these issues so accurately!  It is 
extremely well written and direct.
