BARTOW, Fla., Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Polk County, Fla., sheriff's deputies
Thursday searched a small airport for additional buried World War II
rockets like the one that roared to life Wednesday, flew more than 100 feet

through the air and when they investigated found the rocket.

"At that point, we were not sure what the device was or what it was made of
or what it might contain as far as explosives," said Michal Shanley, a
sheriff's spokeswoman.
