Hi All,

Just a quick call to action that we think the Stevens rider barring 
Pentagon from paying enviro fines and penalties is likely to be included in 
DOD Authorization and DOD Approps again this year.

Very time sensitive, since DOD Auth markups starting now in Senate, and DOD 
approps next week in both House and Senate.

Any calls or letters to Senate Chair Stevens and Ranking Member Inouye, and 
House Chair Lewis and Ranking Murtha would be appreciated!
