Call for Articles

ICMA's Base Reuse Consortium is accepting articles for the Base Reuse 
Bulletin. This is an opportunity to share your ideas and experiences 
with others involved in the base reuse process. Help others clear 
hurdles by telling them about your challenges, difficulties, and 
successes. 

Articles on closed and active bases are acceptable. Local government 
officials, community members, local redevelopment authority 
representatives, federal employees, activists, and others can submit 
articles covering a broad range of topics related to base reuse, 
including environmental cleanup, property transfer, economic 
redevelopment, and housing and utility privatization. Articles should be 
between 500 and 1,000 words; staff reserves the right to accept, reject 
or edit (with author's permission) all articles. For more information or
