[CPEO-IRF] CPEO's lists are back!

In case you haven't noticed: CPEO's listserves have been silent for more
than a week, due to circumstances beyond our control. (No, I did not go
on a real vacation!)

We apologize for the lapse in service and for the small deluge of
stockpiled messages that I am about to unleash.

Please let me know if our switchover to a new host has introduced any
errors or unwanted changes in your service, if any of the links in the
following messages are no longer valid, or if you have any messages that
you tried to send to one of the lists during the down time.
