Central Valley ammo plant targeted for industrial park

?  Soil contamination cleanup could slow development 
?  Riverbank may annex land 

The venerable Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant could become the nucleus
of an industrial park for the Stanislaus County town if enough of the
right pieces to a complex puzzle can be joined together.

The ammunition plant is being closed by the Army and the 173-acre site
could be turned into an industrial park, the city says.
