Subject: [CPEO-IRF] Challenges for receiving bases and communities
 
NAID, An Association of Defense Communities (NAID/ADC) recently published a
resource guide for communities that will be facing the challenge of housing
additional units or missions following BRAC 2005. The guide describes
practical steps communities can take to deal with impacts of housing,
schools, utilities, roads and jobs.
