Ogdensburg seeks money for Newell rehab, ongoing riverfront cleanup By LARRY ROBINSON Watertown Daily Times (NY) October 9, 2017 OGDENSBURG — City planning officials are teaming up with the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency in hopes of rehabilitating the former Newell Manufacturing building on Paterson Street into a turnkey industrial facility that could be marketed to Canadian businesses. The project is one of two the municipality is seeking state grant money for in an effort to bring new economic development to the community.
