General Mills finds more homes with toxic vapor near disposal site

About two-thirds of Minneapolis homes tested for toxic vapors will need ventilation systems, General Mills Inc. said in a news release.

The Golden valley-based food manufacturer will pay for the ventilation systems in at least 111 Como neighborhood homes to clear out toxic trichloroethylene (TCE) vapors leaching from the ground. Nearly 70 already have the systems
