Curtis Park Village sells first lots for homes

The first homes in Curtis Park Village are now in sight, after developer Petrovich Development Co. sold 88 lots to BlackPine Communities late last week.

Paul Petrovich said BlackPine’s reputation as an original, high-quality builder will set the tone for future development in the infill project, which broke ground with infrastructure last year.

Petrovich said after a long, contentious development process, coming on the heels of a lengthy cleanup for what was a railroad yard, he’s gratified to see his project finally coming to fruition.
