By Ryan E. Little LAKELAND LEDGER (FL) September 28, 2011WINTER HAVEN - Florida Department of Environmental Protection officials will attend Tuesday's Winter Haven public forum on the placement of a new recreation center and swimming pool, according to agency officials.
