The abandoned O’Neill Manufacturing facility at Howell and Anderson streets in North Rome has been the focus of a significant brownfields assessment for the past year or more....

Rome received a pair of $200,000 brownfield grants in 2008 that have been used to identify and make preliminary assessment of properties that are suspected of environmental contamination.
