I am not sure that the green plastic drums found at the site were of  
the type used to ship and store TCE.  I'm under the impression that  
metal drums were used, especially in the past, or that they rested in  
plastic overpacks, usually larger than what is shown in the pictures.   
I did a bit of investigation but could not find a definitive answer.   
Does anyone have experience with TCE containers?

This is not to say that the site is clean, only that this is not  
persuasive  evidence.
