Contaminated groundwater not emitting harmful vapors yet, models suggest By Thomas Gnau Dayton Daily News (OH) May 31, 2010Joel Rubenstein and Robert Jenner are attorneys with firms in New York City and Baltimore, respectively. ...Rubenstein and Jenner were in Dayton last week to meet with clients in the Behr lawsuit. They say they have sent initial Freedom of Information Act requests to state and federal EPAs concerning groundwater in Moraine after reading a recent story in the Dayton Daily News. As of last week, they had received no responses to their requests. "The answer is, we don't know," said Jenner when asked whether they will take legal action in regard to the plume. "At the same time, we are always skeptical when a government agency comes in and says, 'Nothing to worry about.'" ...
