Subject: [CPEO-BIF] New York's vapor intrusion strategy

In addition to the New York Department of Health's vapor intrusion guidance that we announced yesterday, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation has released its "Strategy For Evaluating Soil Vapor Intrusion at Remedial Sites in New York and Responsiveness Summary" (DER-13) (12 page PDF, 55 KB).

"This document outlines the Department's strategy for evaluating the potential for vapor intrusion at sites where remedial decisions have already been made, sites that are currently being investigated and sites which will be reviewed by the Department in the future."
