>From my east coast office overlooking all of those wonderful NJ brownfield sites along the Hudson and the brownfield sites that lay undeveloped along the East River of NYC, I do agree with Steve that from a distance, Michigan seems to have a good solution to the due care issue. I'd be curious to hear the thoughts of any Michigan environmental lawyers/consultants.
