Is anyone aware of their state's insurance commissioner requiring
property and casualty insurance companies having to file an annual
statement that includes a note detailing their environmental and
asbestos insured liabilities in the state? Check out the Insurance
Service Organization webpage and query on "Annual Statement Note 24" and
"Superfund." I think you'll find some helpful information.
